- Our baseball winter training program will run for 8 weeks starting Sunday, January 5th and ending March 2nd.

- There will not be a training session on Super Bowl Sunday (February 9th).

- Training time slots are between 5-8 p.m. based on age, ability level, and available space (either 5:00pm - 6:25pm or 6:30pm - 8:00pm). Time slots will be determined and communicated at the close of registration.

- All training sessions will be held at the T3 Performance (building 2) facility located at 1965 Recreation Lane in Avon in partnership with the Avon High School Baseball program.

- The program is open to all players from league age 7 up through league age 13 who are entering the Rookie, Minors, Majors, and Thurman Munson Jr. (League age 13 only) baseball divisions in 2025. 

The 8 week progressive winter training program will focus on baseball fundamentals. The goal of our winter training program is to allow players to continue to improve their baseball skills over the winter while being coached by Avon High School baseball players and volunteer coaches from the Avon Little League program. Winter training sessions will include progressive drills to enhance throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, base running, pitching, and other skills needed to succeed on the field. The drills being offered are the same drills that Avon High School players practice all year round. Attendees will also learn performance moves, proper game preparation, teamwork, and participate in exciting competitions!

 

Participants should bring their own baseball gear (glove, bat, helmet) and wear shoes appropriate for the T3 indoor turf.
